Each entry shows the names of the parties, the date filed, the volume and page, the type of document, and a description of the property.

Camden County Deed Records Fees
Fees for recording Camden County deed records follow Missouri's statewide schedule. The first page of a standard document costs $24 to record. Each page after that is $3. Plat recordings start at $44 for an 18" x 24" page. Surveys cost $24 for the first page. These fees are set by state law and apply in all 114 Missouri counties.
If a document does not meet the standards in RSMo 59.310, you pay an extra $25 non-standard penalty. The rules took effect January 1, 2002. Documents must be on 8.5" x 11" white paper, printed in black ink on one side only, with at least 8-point type. The first page needs a 3-inch top margin and must show the title, date, grantor and grantee names, legal description, and mailing address. Types of Deed Records in Camden County
The Camden County recorder files several categories of real estate documents. Warranty deeds are the standard for most home sales. They promise the seller has clear title to the land. Quit claim deeds make no such promise and get used often between family members or to clear up title problems. Sheriff's deeds result from court-ordered sales.
