Audrain County Recorder of Deeds Office

Note: As of July 1, 2001, most UCC filings go to the Missouri Secretary of State's office. Only fixture filings and terminations of old filings are handled at the county level.

Document Standards for Audrain County

The Recorders' Association of Missouri sets document formatting standards that apply in Audrain County. These rules come from RSMo 59.310 and have been in effect since January 1, 2002. All documents must be on 8.5" x 11" white or light paper, printed in black ink on one side only.
